Bulky Waste recycling centres are open seven days a week. Cleaned bulky waste can be delivered at no extra charge within South Gloucestershire and collected from special wheelie bins provided by the council. After April, if a householder has accumulated extra rubbish and the garden waste service is not required , the householder may bring these items to one of the recycling centres at Mangotsfield, Thornbury or Yate and this will be recycled. bulky waste collection in Yate Gloucestershire is now available every two weeks as per the Council's agreed waste collections calendar.
