HWRCs (Household Refuse Collection Eastleigh Centres) are the way into our recycling and waste management network and will happily accept any material you don’t want or can’t reuse or recycle elsewhere. We do everything we can to recycle, reuse or recover materials that otherwise go to landfill. Based in the Hampshire town of Eastleigh and covering a population of over 88,000 people. We offer free daily collection from Eastleigh of: one bag of general household waste (max weight 20kg), one bag of small buildup of garden waste, one sack of clear commercial or household refuse and one bag recycling. Asbestos is charged at £12 for each sheet or part sheet. We can currently accept payment by card only at all HWRCs. HWRC Refuse can collect up to three skips of mixed household items per week. the most common items are mixed recyclables, card, paper and cardboard.
