Garden Waste Collection Lydd has a contractual duty to arrange for the collection of green waste as part of the Garden Waste Collection Lydd. Garden Waste Collection Lydd is required to suspend collections of garden waste as an incentive for residents and businesses to cut down on the amount they send to landfill. As a result there will be no green waste collections between Saturday 21st November 2013 and Saturday 14th February 2014. garden waste collections have been suspended until February 15 to allow Environmental Business Services the time needed to make further improvements and changes to its service.

The improvement works, started in September after waste contractors Garden Waste Collection Lydd were awarded the fiveyear contract by Eden Council. A new garden waste collection service has been introduced for the residents of Lydd from January 3. The council will make necessary collections but at the moment is unable to undertake bulk garden waste collections for citizens; please only place loose material on your green waste and rubbish day. If you live in Lydd, then we can come and collect your garden waste.

We understand that this service is a vital service to most of our customers, hence the decision was taken to collect during January only. Garden Waste Collection Lydd Lydd offer a green waste collection service in and around the Lydd area. We collect garden waste from domestic properties only, we don't collect commercial or builders waste of any kind. We collect green waste and weeds where your local council charge you for it. We also offer wood and hedge cutting services.
